Position: Executive Assistant+

Location: Onsite at Überleben HQ (The Coalition Building | 188 Plato Drive, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805)

Summary: Überleben is seeking a driven and highly organized individual to provide direct administrative support to the company founder. Individual must be willing to develop a supernatural ability to anticipate founder’s moves… before they actually happen. 

Skills:

  • Highly organized
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-managing w/ ability to prioritize tasks
  • Technology proficient; macOS, A.I., etc.
  • Excellent communication; verbal and written
  • Ability to strategically problem solve 

Responsibilities: Providing daily administrative support to founder, including managing inbox and calendars, scheduling meetings, communications, systemizing & documenting SOP’s, project management, coordinate travel arrangements, orders, errands, software solution research, special projects, etc.

Schedule: Flexible M-F, 20-40hrs/week

Compensation: DOE
